Sea Bass Cuban Style
Delicious!!,I made this dish exactly , I used black olive instead of green olive and 2 cans of diced tomatoes because don't have fresh at that moment. I'm not a big fan of fish meat but let me said this is one of the best fish I ever had. Easy to cook, easy to follow , excellent results , Have a lot of compliments from my family. I will definitively make this again.

Halloween Bloody Baked Rats
Wonderful recipe. I just follow directions from regular meatloft preparation and then I divided the portions onto little rats. I used black olives halves for eyes, carrots for ears and spaguetti for tail and mustache. I served over white rice and lettuce and tomatoes on the side. Super fun to Halloween dinner!!!

Cuban Ropa Vieja
I used usda flank steak and made some variation. I brown the meat on both sides to seal it. I put the browned meat into the pressure cooker and add 2 cups of beef broth cooking during 10 minutes on high pressure. meanwhile I seasoned the rest of ingredients together and sautéed in olive oil then I added the shredded meat with a cup of red wine and cook for 10 minutes until sauce is thick. Serve with white rice.
