Chocolate Cappuccino Cheesecake

This was amazing! I made it for a friend's birthday and there weren't even crumbs left. For those having issue with the chocolate seizing, don't use anything but Baking chocolate. I never have any trouble with Baker's chocolate. Chips and bark seize on me every time.

Grandma VanDoren's White Bread

This is great! I've been baking since I was very little and this is the easiest recipe with the biggest payoff that I've ever used! I did have to use ap flour and olive oil, since being snowed in means no quick store runs lol, but it still came out wonderful! I made 4 big loaves ( made 2 batches ) and 4 large pizzas. My kids raved over it! Thank you so much for giving me a new go to recipe for good solid bread!

Pumpkin Bread V

I made this with my 11 yr old son as it looked like something he could handle. It came out AWESOME! We doubled it to get two loaves and may have used too much pumpkin ( a whole large can!) but the texture was amazing. We're going to have make two more loaves for Thanksgiving as the ones we made tonight barely lasted 10 minutes!
