I made these the original way but substitued Lemon flavoring for the vanilla. I didn't add the glaze as I thought they were a little on the sweet side. I'll cut down on the sugar next time I make them. They still did not have enough of a lemon flavor so will adjust that also.

E-Z Drop Biscuits

This is one of the easiest biscuit recipes I have used. They come out soft and fluffy every time. You can add cheddar cheese to change the taste. They are super.

Apple Streusel Muffins

Old Fashioned Spice Cake

I was disappointed. My cake didn't rise, only 1 inch high. I used Crisco Butter Shortening and it had a greasy taste. Although with the cream cheese icing it we were ab;e tp eat it. I would not fix it again.
