I followed another reviewers suggestion and covered the meat with flour, garlic salt, and rosemary, but I seared it in olive oil instead of butter. I also added carrots, onion, small potatoes, and celery. I used about 1 1/2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, half a pack of onion soup mix, 1 1/2 tbs of Worcestershire sauce, quarter cup of red wine, a cup of beef broth, and cooked it on high for about 5 hours and low on 1. We ate it over white rice with french bread. It was absolutely delicious. Husband said it was the best meal I've cooked :)
