SO DELICIOUS!!!!!! To get some nutrients in, I reduced the AP flour to 3/4 cups and added 1/4 cup of ground flaxseed. I didn't have white vinegar, so I used rice vinegar instead. Instead of 2 tbs of white sugar, I used 2 tsp of raw sugar. I eliminated the butter and added frozen blueberries after pouring the batter onto the skillet. I topped the pancakes with plain greek yogurt, and it tasted AMAZING!!! Next time, I will probably reduce the AP flour to 1/2 and add 1/4 cup of whole wheat flour!!
