Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2013
Super easy and delicious. My mom used to make a cake similar to this, but it was less gooey. This would have probably been better if we ate it immediately out of the over. Had noo complaints though!

Easy Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2011
Delish, delish, DELISH!! I'm munching a muffin right now. This is a great recipe, thanks for sharing. I did use half whole wheat flour, half white, and substituted half applesauce for the shorting. I also added cinnamon and nutmeg, for personal taste. Baked perfectly, and is moist. Just delicious!

Baked French Fries I

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2010
I sliced the taters and popped them in the microwave for 3 mins, stirred and cooked 3 more. This made cooking time much shorter. I added more of my own seasoning (cumin, parsley, diced onion, garlic salt) and increased the olive oil. This gave it a good coat and they crisped up nicely. As written, I had to give it 3 stars, but it's a great starting point.

Tiramisu Layer Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2010
I should have known better to read the recent reviews and not just the most helpful. Even with all the advice, this still was a cake wreck. The layers slipped and slided, the cake was so moist it just crumbled under the weight. And the frosting was soupy, runny and turned the already sliding cake in to sludge. I am a very seasoned cake maker, and even tried to support the cake with skewers, but like I said, the cake was already so moist, it didn't even help. I followed other's advice and double up on the coffee and flavored liquor, so the taste was very good, but I made this for my birthday party, and presentation was very important. This cake simply did not hold up. It turned out to be a waste of expensive Kahlua.
