I couldn't give this 5 stars yet because I used a pork tenderloin. The closest thing I had on hand to the steak seasoning was mesquite seasoning, which worked really well. I drizzled the pork loin with honey right before putting it into the oven. I left the tenderloin in the oven a bit too long, i tried to guess since it was slightly over 3 lbs and in 2 pieces, but it still turned out delicious. I used very high quality balsamic vinegar and olive oil. The resulting pan drippings made a fabulous gravy that was slightly tart, which made up for the dryness. My son had leftovers without the gravy and said it was perfect the way it was.
