Roll-Out Cookies
This cookie recipe is outstanding. Easy to make and handle, I love that the dough does not need to be refrigerated! I did not find the lemon extract too much, it was really subtle, and everyone at work loved the Christmas cookies I brought in. I also really like that the cookie does not expand too much when baking. Perfect recipe for decorating. Thanks!

Mom's Meat Loaf
I love this recipe. It's so easy to substitute different things and change the flavors, but it's absolutely delicious as-is. I like to add mustard, vinegar, and extra Worcestershire sauce to the glaze, and use half spicy sausage and ground turkey. Bread crumbs work just as well as the crackers, too. This is definitely one recipe I will be adding to the dinner rotation! Thanks for sharing.

World's Best Potato Salad
Delicious! This was my first time making potato salad and everyone said it was amazing. The only change I made was adding extra corn starch. Thanks for this wonderful recipe!
