Lemon Cream Cheese Bars

My entire home smells like a bakery.... so buttery and sweet....yummm. I did not change anything except the sugar, I used splenda. I give this 5 stars.

Cranberry Squares

Absolutely awesome! I used 1cup of white and 1 cup wheat flour, and added some fresh blueberries to the cranberry sauce. it is so yummy!!!

This is an excellent recipe., did not use water, used splenda instead of regular sugar mixed the sliced apples in to the cinnamon & sugar mixture..

Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling

Excellent!!! I doubled it but left out the garlic, cumin, and only use 1 taco seasoning pkg (low sodium) and used 3 4onz tomatoe cans. it was Yummy!!! and used Tostadas instead.

wow, this one of the best cakes i have ever made... did not have canola oil so used olive oil.... this is staying in my permanent recipe box..... I would give this cake a 10 star.

Caldo de Res (Mexican Beef Soup)

I have been making caldo since I can remember, but never like this.... the beef broth adds an excellent flavor to it.... I changed it a little I used beef chuck boneless and a bag of frozen corn I followed the rest of the recipe it is soo good my family loves mexican food and this was a true hit.
