Roasted Brussels Sprouts

These are sooo yummy. I put foil over them for the first 20 minutes and then tossed them around a few times while the foil was off. I love browned outer layers. Why did " the most helpful critical review not even make the sprouts? I can't stand that.

Stuffed Acorn Squash

I sautéd celery and onions and mixed the stuffing before putting them in the oven. I only put a tiny bit of brown sugar in the bottom. I also unwrapped the foil 30 minutes in so the stuffing would be a little crunchy on top. Everyone loved them. Thank you for sharing this nummy recipe.

Roasted Cauliflower Soup

I roasted some garlic cloves in with the cauliflower. When the cauliflower and garlic were done roasting I blended half the cauliflower and all of the garlic in a food processor with some broth. I then poured the mixture back into the soup. This recipe was outta control delicious.

Cabbage Burgers

These were so yum. I was looking for a recipe to use a head of cabbage staring at me in the fridge. I thought these sounded interesting and I was pleasantly surprised. Excited to have compact leftovers to put in the freezer.

Red Cabbage

This is the absolute best red cabbage recipe! I used apple cider vinegar and added a little mustard but wow this recipe is insane. I also find it's best to add the apples in after the cabbage has cooked a little.
