Baked Mushroom Thighs

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2014
I made this delicious recipe tonight. The only thing I changed was that I added some sour cream to the mushroom soup coating, paprika to the bread crumbs, fresh mushrooms to the gravy and removed the skin from the thighs. The family absolutely loved it. Served with spinach sautéed in garlic, mash potatoes and a side salad. The family ate every bite. Thank you for the recipe!

Ground Turkey Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2014
Hi everyone. I tried this recipe last night. I made the changings that everyone suggested. Added onion, basil, parsley, peas and added extra sauce. This was a hit for the picky family that I have. I gave it a 4 since additional ingredients needed to be added, but it was a GREAT starter recipe. I served with a side salad since this was enough to feed an army. Easy and quick... just what I like on a busy Monday night dinner. Thank you.

Fettuccini with Mushroom, Ham and Rose Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2011
I followed this recipe except for the following. Added peas for color, cut the parsley, basil, and oregano to 1.5 tsp and used Prosciutto instead of ham, only because I didn't have any ham. This dish as a hit with the whole family. Quick, easy and delish! Who could ask for anything more for a nice Sunday dinner that makes everyone feel like you spent hours making it! :)

Easy Mexican Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2011
Made this last night for the fam. They loved it, I used black beans and some Taco seasoning that I picked up in Arizona when I was traveling. I also used a can of diced tomatoes. It was just a little dry, so I just put sour cream on the table to everyone could add me if needed. I also sauted the onions with the meat. I think I will use more salsa next time. But the 9x13 pan was used about eaten by 4 adults. I would definitely recommend. Thanks for the recipe.

Best Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2011
made this tonight and it was a winner! I did take the advice of one of the reviewers and sauted the onions first. Plus I used two cans of the condensed cream of mushroom soup and one can of cream of celery, come cream cheese and a little dash of milk. I also heated everything up in the micro before adding the noodles. Everyone loved it! Thanks Jaicard!

Mom's Baked Macaroni and Cheese

This needed a lot more spices even though I took the recommendations of other reviewers. This tasted like can cheese. I am sorry, but I will not be making this again.

Pierogies and Cabbage

Reviewed: May 12, 2011
Made this last night for dinner. It was absoultely delicious. I used low salt bacon and I did add two tablespoons of sour cream at the end. I also pan fried the pierogies just a little because the family likes them a little crunchy on the bottom. No left overs in this house! Thank you Molson7 for the quick and easy recipe.

Chocolate Covered Marshmallows

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2011
I made these for my daughter's Easter/Holiday party. I used melting chocolate, dipped them half way and used sprinkles. I let my 3 yr old put the marshmellows on popsickle sticks before dipping and she also dipped them in the sprinkles. We had a lot of fun making them together and her class LOVED them. Great idea! Thank you.

Roasted Yams

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2011
I normally do not eat Yams, but I thought I would give this a try since they are more healthier than potatoes. I listened to the other reviewers and used a freezer bag to coat the yams with EVOO. I did add some minced garlic and they turned out perfect with the exception that everyone thought they were too salty. Next time I will cut down the salt. Thanks for the recipe. We are now YAM fans!

Simply Divine Meat Loaf with Spinach

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2011
I made this last night and it was delish! I could not believe how moist it was. I did serve it with some tomato sauce, but that is what I normally make meatloaf with. But I will never use the sauce again for this dish. Served with scalloped potatoes and sugar snap peas. Also, plenty of leftover for meatloaf sandwiches for lunch! Winner!
