Southwest White Chicken Chili
Since I am from Texas I can't really call this chili, but it turned out alright for stew. I added a jalapeno to the chicken. I put in some of that Green Giant southwestern style corn, some crushed red pepper and about 4 tablespoons of sugar. That made it edible.

Barb's Broccoli-Cauliflower Salad
This made a lot of salad. I used one head of cauliflower and a head of broccoli, like the recipe, but it made a lot more than I expected. I needed to chop them up more than I did. I also had to make a half a cup more of salad dressing. I used ranch to make the dressing. So, all in all, it tasted delicious, but be ready for a lot of salad and chop it up smaller and make more dressing. But, its good stuff!

Cheeseburger Meatloaf
You're right, it tastes like a big 'ol cheeseburger. I topped it off with some Stubbs BBQ sauce. Delicious and easy. I used the lasagna/stacking method instead of the roll-up method.
