Baked French Fries I

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2010
Great recipe. I didn't have any of the seasonings separate but I had some monteray chicken seasoning which had the garlic, onion and other spices, so I just shook that over the fries until they were well coated. Then some salt and pepper. I like my fries very seasoned, but don't be afraid to over season because the spices can lose potency when baking. My fries were somewhat thin so I baked them at 415 degrees for about 30 minutes, turning them at the 15 minute mark so they wouldn't burn. So yummy!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2010
Fantastic recipe. As the other users said, double it because the sauce is great to spoon over the chicken on the plate before serving. Its also great over rice. I cooked the chicken at 375 degrees for 20 minutes covered in foil, then brushed it, and left it for another 20 without foil. Turning over the chicken in the sauce wouldn't hurt either. Also it's best to use low sodium soy sauce and brown sugar instead of white, it makes it so delicious.

Almost No Fat Banana Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2010
It turned out OK with good flavor. It was soft, but also very chewy and dense, which I thought might happen when I noticed how dry the mixture was. It was quite difficult to mix together and perhaps because of that I over mixed it and it became dense. Anyways, perhaps a bit more applesauce would have helped.
