I am glad I doubled this recipe because these cookies were loved by everyone! I made a few adjustments since I was working with what I had on hand. I used half Country Crock butter substitute and half Crisco. I also used half of the raisins, since it seemed like a lot. Next time I will use the correct amount. I made sure to cool the dough before spooning onto aluminum foil lined pan. My cookies were not flat like some people described although I had to cook them a little longer than the time listed. Since I lost my own cookie recipe, I am adopting yours.
