My cooking triumphs
Living in Germany I had never made a Turkey before and having moved to South Carolina at 19 ,it was scary to try something so big.But it turns out I have a knack for turning out juicy Birds.I have never been as nervous about a meal ,ever!
My cooking tragedies
Had a bad spell for about 3 years of burning any type of bread I put into the oven.Guess I didn't really want the Carbs :)

OK. So if I could give this a Ten I would.VERY Satisfying !!! Made only a few changes.Used butter instead of Veg.oil, seasoned the chicken with Hungarian Paprika,Garlic Salt and Lemon Pepper.Added 2 Tb of Soy-sauce to sauce.then I cooked everything on very low on top of the stove. It was done and perfect in 30 min.
