Gluten-Free Moist Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2015
Fantastic! Really moist and chocolaty! Tasted great! Made according to the recipe in a 9x13 pan for 40 min. I would like to find a way to replace the butter and make this really healthy. Maybe coconut oil?

Make-Ahead Vegetarian Moroccan Stew

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2012
Made this in my slow cooker today. I changed it up a bit. I used 2 cups of lentils, a whole bunch of kale, celery, cilantro, and 2 red bell peppers. I also used about 3 heaping tablespoons of minced garlic, some ceyenne pepper and ancho chili pepper. I left out the potatoes and garbanzo beans. Turned out great!! And oh sooooo healthy!!

Best Ever Party Appetizer

Reviewed: May 3, 2011
I made this for a pot-luck for work and it was a big hit. I stuck to the directions, but added some minced garlic instead of the cloves, some fresh cracked pepper, and used Kalamata olives instead of black olives. I sliced a baguette, which made perfect one bite servings.

Chocolate Cake II

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2011
I made this for my 9 and 12 year-old sons. They loved it. Easy to make and very moist. I subsituted natural applesauce for the oil and it came out great. I will never use a box cake mix again.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2010
This has definitely made it to the household favorite list. Made two pans without nuts for the kids and it was gone in less than two days. I put the walnuts in the other two pans and took them to work. It got rave reviews at work, not even the crumbs were left. I will definitely make this over and over again during the fall and winter seasons.

Very Delicious!!! I used only 1/2 cup brown sugar for the topping and it still tasted like I was eating dessert. Yummy!!
