Butter Chickpea Curry
Pretty good overall. Not as good as some of the Aloo Phujila recipes on this site, but still flavorful and easy to make. just a few slight changes, used 2 potatoes, 1 sweet potato and a bag of cauliflower. Also used crushed tomatoes instead of soup and used lite coconut milk instead of cream or milk. Nice, easy, tasty dish !!

Greek Chicken Pasta
This was fantastic !! Easy to make and an absolute pleasure to eat ! Yum !! My wife couldn't stop raving about this dish. She said this was a restaurant quality dish. She then asked me to make this again this week !! Few slight changes to recipe. Used whole wheat farfale noodles instead of linguine, used chicken thighs instead of breast (I picked up the wrong package at Wegmans!). used a little more Feta and red onion. Thats it. Oh, I did pour some of the artichoke marinade into the dish at the end for an extra coating. This one is a keeper !!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
Very good ! Our church co-operates with other churches in Bethlehem in running a homeless mens and womens shelter throughout the winter months. One of the church memebers donated a 10 pound pork loin for us to cook pulled pork sandwiches for close to 30 homeless men. I cut it into quarters and used this amazingingly easy recipe to cook the meat. The pork loin pulled apart very easily then I used Sweet baby Rays honey barbrque sauct to finish it up. We served the sandwiches with string beans and applesauce plus many home baked desserts. The guys really enjoyed it !!
