On my recent trip back home, to Georgia, I was reminded that dinner is Lunch, and supper is at dinner!   We gathered fersh vegetables from the ever present vegetable garden and prepared it ourselves.  Four generations were in the kitchen, granted one was crawling, but she got her first introduction to fresh creamed corn.  It always taste so much better when fresh picked and prepared immediatly.  The staple meat that adorned the table was fried chicken. Miss Millie also got to teeth on a chicken bone, kindly cleaned of all loose particles by grandma!  It would be nice to have this year round. The fresh food and the family bonds that are made in the kitchen together are to be treasured forever.

My favorite things to cook
Fresh seasonal veggies and anything sweet!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Traditional Family Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving feasts. Spring time crawfish boils, and wild game are the things my family likes!
