GLUTEN FREE VERSION: Substitute cracker crumbs with packaged/prepared gluten free crumbs. I used Organ Gluten Free All-Purpose Rice Crumbs because most packaged crumbs is already seasoned and I wanted plain crumbs as not to alter the original recipe too much. This specific GF crumbs has no salt in it, so I added 1 tsp. of sea salt (since the original recipe using cracker crumbs has salt in it). Everyone including my fussy-eating son loved it!! Actually, he said "there is not a flaw with this salmon patties!" :) They even begged me to pack it for lunch the next day!
