Rosemary Turkey Meatloaf
I rated this recipe a 5 because the combination of flavors was unique and different than most the ones I found. I reduced the milk to 1/4 milk because I'd had experience with turkey before and it did crumble. I had to leave out the bread too for a gluten-free person. I do approve it without those ingredients and don't feel the bread or more milk would have changed the flavors and that's a 5. (I hear though another gluten-free variation you could leave all the liquid ingredients in and go for gluten-free oats?).

Carrot Cake
Simply outstanding...better than the best cake I've had! So moist and rich it almost doesn't need frosting! I took some previous comments and made changes also...changed oil to 1/2 cup, addded 1/4 cup sour cream for more moisture, added 1/2 cup raisins due to preference, so to compensate I just took a little out of the pineapple and coconut portions. The first batch I had to make without coconut and it was still fantastic. No complaints!

Pecan Sandies
I used 1 cup butter, 1/2 Crisco butter flavor, 1/2 oil - the dough was flaky and not gooey at all - no need to refrigerate that way. Had to press with fork when they came out of oven - if undercooked just slightly, very moist. Double the vanilla, and next time I'm going to try 1/2 brown sugar. First try - liked them.
