This will be made on a regular basis now. Everyone just loved it. I especially liked the crispy parts. The idea,of salting this after is good on a couple of levels. It not only works but it allows each person to season theirs to taste instead of eating it the way the cook prefers it. I also loved the comments that the kitchen smells delicious. I used a bulb of garlic and next time I will add another, but I love garlic. This can easily go with pork, chicken, beef or fish. I think it's great as a stand alone though with some shredded cheese on a bed of fresh spinach. Thank you very much for the recipe.
