Easy Corned Beef and Cabbage
Dynamite recipe!!! I used a 1 can of Bud Light and the rest with water. I also used a 4 pound Eye of Round Corned Beef Brisket which isn't that easy to find, but it has less fat, shrinks less, and is wonderful! It also doesn't fall apart. My guests couldn't stop raving about it. Normally this is a meal I reserve for St. Patty's Day, but I'll be having this several times throughout the year, thanks to this stress-free wonderful recipe!

Creamy Avocado Pesto - Delish!
Kock your socks off delicious! My guests were really impressed and thought I went to a lot of trouble! I sauteed shrimp in garlic and Old Bay and added at the very end. I also grilled asparagus, cut them up and added those as well and some sliced small hybrid tomatoes on top. It tasted and looked wonderful. Two things for the next time though: I'd put the mixture on the stove at a warm setting at the end while adding the shrimp and rest of the ingredients. Although the dish was warm at the beginning, it quickly cooed off. I would also add more seasoning - maybe more garlic and salt.

World's Best Lasagna
This is a knock-your-socks off recipe and deserves the title of it, hands down. I hadn't made lasagna in many years and thought Stoffer's was great, cheap, and no trouble. Found out this is definitely worth the time. I just left out the fennel but everything else I feared to change the first time around. Next time, I will definitely do the "no bake" noodles or soak them ahead. My friends who are far better cooks than me, never stopped raving about it. Thanks Mr. Chandler! I'll have to see if you've posted other recipes!
