Lived up to it's name - it's the best lasagna I ever had! I did add some fresh oregano, doubled the fennel and italian seasoning and garlic, and added 1/2 a cup of red wine to the sauce while it was simmering in addition to the spices already in the recipe and did not use any salt. I will double the cheese next time, though, and try fresh basil instead of dried. Also, I used the lasagna baking sheets and skipped boiling the noodles. I will double up on the layers next time because the sheets are thin. My family LOVED it - my husband had thirds.
