These spiced mixed nuts are delicious and ridiculously easy to make. The only change that I made to the recipe was that I lightly toasted the nuts in a dry frying pan first, which I only did because I used nuts that were fresh from their shells (I wanted to use up some leftover almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts that I had for Christmas). I halved the recipe because I didn't have enough nuts to make up the full 2 cups, but they turned out great. A word of warning: once you start eating these, you can't stop. They're addictive!
