Ziti with Italian Sausage
We were very disappointed by this because it was so salty. I would cut the salt down by at least half -- maybe do 1/2 teaspoon instead of 1 1/2 teaspoons. I love salt but couldn't handle how salty this was. The rest of it, however, is DELICIOUS. I will definitely make again but just reduce the salt. I also added 2 fresh garlic cloves and 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning. My husband thought that it needed more cheese and more sauce. It was not his favorite, but I thought that it was pretty good with the exception of the salt.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
This was OK. We put some shredded mexican cheese and sour cream on top of it. My husband thought that it might be better with black beans and maybe some hot sauce. It needed a little bit more flavor in our opinion, but we couldn't figure out what to add.

Curried Coconut Chicken
This was awesome. We used diced tomatoes with chiles to add some heat. Will definitely make again.
