Pork Supreme
Like many others, I was looking for ways to use up pork loin leftovers. I came across this and I have to admit I was skeptical of how it would turn out and even more skeptical as I as preparing it. It looks kinda wonky and smells like tomato soup. I was trying to imagine what tomato soup would taste like on noodles. My boyfriend was not too anxious to even try it. All I can say is don't judge this recipe until you taste it. I followed the recipe but only used one onion. We had it with egg noodles. With our first bite we were pleasantly surprised. I would make it again.

Bread Machine Honey-Oat-Wheat Bread
Very good tasting bread. I did like others and split it into 2 loaf pans instead of one. It didn't take 35 to bake. I followed the recipe exactly as far as measurements but not the parts about mixing this with that and adding this and that. I just put it in the bread machine as any other recipe. However, I gave it 4 stars because like some other reviews it seems "crumbly" and I'm not sure I will be able to do sandwiches, which was what I was making bread for....

Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese
My husband liked it and said I could make it again some time. The only change I made after viewing some other recipes, I used part cheddar and part mexi-cheese blend.
