White Chocolate Macadamia Cranberry Dreams

These cookies were easy to make and had great flavor. I used salted macadamia nuts, and they had a sweet-salty taste, which I liked.

Bake Sale Lemon Bars

My old recipe was for an 8x8 pan. It's easier to make a larger batch, especially since I make quite a few of these at Christmas. They are very lemony and delicious!

Pesto-Cheese Fondue

Mixture was VERY stiff, vigorously is accurate. It was somewhat crumbly after chilling, which made it difficult to shape. The flavor was ok, but I'd like it to be smoother. If I made them again, I would try shaping them before chilling. I also did not use premium chocolate, so that may have been part of the problem.

Cousin Cosmo's Greek Chicken

OK, but probably wouldn't make this again. If I did, I would add the spinach at the last minute, not before the simmering. I used real broth, not boullion. I also would make a pocket in the chicken, not fold it over. Maybe serve it over orzo. It is very saucy.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

Excellent at-home recipe for Chicago style Italian Beef. Eat it on an italian roll with sweet or hot peppers and dip the sandwich in the juice so it's nice and moist - just the way we like it!

Italian Meatball Sandwich Casserole

I took this for lunch one day and ate during study hall (I am a middle school teacher). Several of my students drooled on my desk and demanded the recipe so their moms could make it. A few months later they had earned lunch and this is what they requested!
