Chicken Pot Pie IX
Quite honestly the best chicken pot pie I've ever had.... Brought this to a Thanksgiving dinner because the list of dishes needed some more savory picks. Unfortunately I didn't have time to make my own crust but the premade pillsbury one turned out great. Once I had the top crust on I drenched all the exposed dough with soft butter. I did take care to mop up any excess with a paper towel. Then I sprinkled a little fresh ground pepper and freshly ground sea salt on top. I am glad that some of the reviews prior to cooking this, as many found the pie to be too dry. I took the advice of several who boiled their vegetables in chicken broth, and later used the same chicken broth where it was called for in the recipe. I measured the milk out and just added as much broth as looked appropriate. In the end it would end up being about 2-2.5 cups of chicken broth.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
Brought this to a thanksgiving dinner (along with some other items). It was one of the only dishes that the 15 people were raving about. I was a little disappointed because it took the least work of all the ones I'd brought! Ha. That being said, I think next time I will be increasing the cook time to 60 minutes or until top is nice and brown.

Pumpkin Pie Coffee Cake
Just made this one and it turned out pretty good. I cooked it in a 9x13 pyrex dish at 375* for about 45 minutes, and still feel like the bottom half could have been cooked longer. I'll definitely be leaving that half in the oven for at least 10 minutes before adding the top portion. Lastly, felt like there was too much butter in the bottom half. I will try it with 3/4 cup next time.
