Super Lemon Ice Cream

Hi I work in a restaurant kitchen and wanted to use up some lemons I had! Modified the recipe to use in a commercial ice cream machine by mixing lemon juice w/ egg yolks, combining w/ cream, and pouring in the machine. Awesome recipe. Very refreshing and light. Is now on our menu. 5 stars

Marinated Venison

very versatile! I happened to drink all my beer, so did a little italian dressing w/ it. We had the medallians with some fresh eggs for breakfast. Even the pickiest of the crew liked it...till I said it was venison! But then grudgingly admitted hating the "bambi" factor. Give this a try!

Citrus Turkey Brine

Easily the best turkey I ever made! Even the boyfriend, who thought brining would make the meat so salty, could'nt stop eating it and then called friends to brag about it. Leftovers are outstanding!
