Best Ever Banana Bread

My whole family loves this recipe! I've already made at least 6 in the past 3 weeks! Thank you! I had a tip if you didn't happen to have buttermilk handy: 1 cup milk (skim is ok)with 1 TBSP lemon juice, set aside for 5 minutes and there's your buttermilk substitute! Still tastes awesome! Also, I've added melted chocolate, ground walnuts and "craisins" to this as well, and it's still sooooooooo yummy! Chocolate chips were too heavy for this batter, and sunk to the bottom... fyi.

Salisbury Steak

I made this recipe exactly as is and my family LOVED it! Even my very, very picky 9 year old loved it! Yummy! I will definitely make it again. Thank you!
