Sausage Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2013
This pasta was simple & delicious for a quick weeknight dish. I purchased a rotissere chicken to go with it. However changed a few things but for most part followed recipe. I like spicy rich foods (sorry healthy eaters). I used Patton's hot sausage & did not drain fat but cont'd w recipe by adding onion/garlic. I only used 8oz of chicken broth & used the liquid in the tomatoes as well. i also added teaspoon of my essence (i dont use salt. I used frozen spinach & did not cover skillet to reduce liquid. I followed step4 (used penne pasta) & served the pasta immediately. It was awesome & I will definitely make again.

I enjoyed this quick dish. I followed exactly except used miracle whip instead of mayo, used Kraft's pizza mozz/chedd shredded cheese & added pinch of splenda to sweeten it up ( i didnt have relish on hand), I also added sliced tomato on each sandwich. I will def make again

Spicy Honey-Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2012
I used drumsticks instead of whole chicken but I did not enjoy this recipe. I followed exactly & it really was bland. If I were to do this again, I would season chicken first before the rub.

Nutty Coconut Fish

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2012
This was superb! I used Talapia, didnt have brown mustard but instead used Boars Head savory remoulade cajun style mayo(yummy) along w regular mayo. Also used sliced almonds.I omitted cocunuts due to allegies so instead increased sugar to 6T. This is a keeper in my home.
