Braised Corned Beef Brisket
Perfect! Tender and juicy. No more boiled meet for us. I was concerned about browing the meat first so I only did about 4 minutes per side. Next time I will do 5-8 minutes as written. I used 3-4 Tbsp of water because I was concerned 2 Tbsp was not enough, and it was plenty. I did not have browning sauce so I used black pepper as others suggested. I also added half the season packet to the bottom of the roaster and the other half on top of the meat/onions/garlic (fat side up). I did not have a rack, but it wasnt a problem. I put 2 layers of tin foil over the roaster and sealed it tightly then added the roaster lid. As the recipe submitter mentioned in a rating comment "The trick is not to peek" let your 5 lb corned beef cook for 6 hours, remove from oven and let it sit coverred for 30 minutes.

Banana Banana Bread
Perfection. EXACTLY what I was looking for! I like my banana bread tasty, heavy, sticky/moist and dessert like rather than a bread or cake consistency. I used 6 bananas (and forgot to measure them for future referrence) I added 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp nutmeg. Next time I will use 1 tsp of each to make it even better.

Shrimp Scampi Bake
Very good. I used 3/4 c. butter as per other reviews and it was more than enough, but not too much. I used spicy brown mustard because I didnt know there was a difference and its what I buy. If I use spicy brown next time I would cut it down to 1 3/4 TBSP. I stirred in 1/3 c. Kraft parmeasan cheese after it came out of the oven served it over carrot/tomato/spinach blend linguini, because the store was out of regular spinach linguini. I HATE to cook and avoid recipes that are overly complicated or have too many ingredients. This was perfect for me, new, tasty, quick and easy peasy.
