This recipe is definitely worth a try. I gave it 4 stars because of how intense the flavours were. For me, I love love love the intense and fresh flavours of this recipe, but not all people can handle it. I only made a few minor adjustments: I used Clubhouse Salmon Seasoning for my seafood seasoning, no adobo sauce but I did use about 4 tbsp of chipotle hot sauce, and I grated some cheese for an additional topping. Yes, I know, cheese isn't traditional with this recipe, but my household loves cheese so I did it to please them. Also, if you don't want to buy a whole cabbage, just buy shredded coleslaw salad mix in the bag. All it is is green cabbage, red cabbage, and some shredded carrots.
