Italian Vegetable Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2013
Unbelievably good! Actual recipe is great as a main course as it's thick with the meat, pasta and all the veggies. I added a can of beef boullion and more water as I added veggies to make it a soup. Outstanding both ways! The broth is to die for. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe. It's a keeper.

Baked Beans III

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2011
This is so tasty and I haven't even baked it yet. It is sweet though, so I'll use less sugar next time. I also chopped an onion into the bacon mix and added 1 tsp ground mustard as other reviewers suggested. I only used a little of the bacon grease/sugar mix left in the pan as I try to keep it a little healthier. May try turkey bacon next time.

Super Easy Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2011
This dish was delicious and easy. To give it more flavor, I browned the onion and fresh mushrooms and added them to the slow cooker with regular cream of chicken soup that I had and 1/2 cup of cabernet sauvegnon that I also had on hand. SO GOOD! Thank you Jamie for sharing this great recipe. I will definitely make it again as the family loved it.

Gobble Up Granola Snacks

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2011
I just made this with my 3 and 4 year olds (I do child care) and it is SO good. I switched raisins for craisins and added chopped walnuts and chocolate chips. I added a bit more of the corn syrup to accommodate the extra ingredients, mixed it all with my hands, and squeezed balls of it into greased muffin cups and pressed down to make patties. No crumbling at all. Thank you TinaMarie for sharing your recipe.

Eggplant Bake

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2010
I used this as a base recipe. I oven fried the eggplant with some sprayed on oil, and lightly fried up the onions with garlic. Then layered everything with a little salt, pepper and oregano. I didn't use all the parmesan as i thought it was too much, and it was still a bit too salty. But very delicious! My husband loved it, and I will definitely make it again.
