Tuna Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2011
This was fantastic! More importantly the husband loved it! I doubled the cheese sauce, which by the way was so easy, two 5 ounce cans of tuna, 12oz noodles, added some garlic power and dried chopped onions to the sauce and topped with bread crumbs and a tiny bit of Parmesan. Served with baby spinach salad. So delicious and easy! Thanks a million. Would definitely make again.

Roasted Pork Loin

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2010
This was one of the simplest and most amazing marinades i have used. It was incredibly moist and tender. I used a very small roast 1.5lbs. Added cut carrots and potatoes and some water to the bottom of the pan. Baked at 325. Broiled toward the end to get the top nice and crisp and finish the veggies. My husband said it was the best roast I ever did.

No-Bake Lasagna

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2010
This was okay as far as taste. It was awesome because it was lighter and I didn't have to turn on my oven, but my husband missed the ricotta. My dinner guest however did not. Added Italian sausage. Also no leftovers which, i liked.

Different Chicken Divan

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2010
This was so good.I even put some cold on a salad today and it was fantastic. I used 1 tblsp curry powder and omitted the salt and used low sodium soups. The onions make it! I only bought one can by mistake but they were awesome. And i added then the last five minutes. Had the Chardonnay too and was incredible.

Pierogi Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2010
I didn't make any alterations on this and it was delicious. I did have a dry, hard top noodle and would adjust for that as suggested. Also I was a little concerned that this reads 40.7 grams of fat per serving. Surely that means for the entire casserole. My husband said it was better than his aunt's homemade pierogis and described it as light but filling. I would think it would be great for any kind of gathering. Also easy clean up.

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2010
I can not thank you and your husband enough for this recipe! My husband used to work as a cook in a gourmet French restaurant but as I do not work the cooking falls to me. I am not very good at it. He is very picky and does not like citrus or dill, but loved this recipe. Plus it was so quick and easy to make that we got to have more time together. I had the Chardonnay with it and it was delightful.
