Oh, wow! This is so good! The only thing I did differently was to add 1 tsp. ground ginger (I was only making for 2) and marinated it for over 24 hours. I then put in under the broiler for 5 minutes in a foil-lined pan, turned it and broiled it for another 5 minutes. The edges had this beautiful crispiness to them and it flaked beautifully. I think I'll have to make this over and over! Sorry, ate it too fast to take a picture of it.
