Pasta Pomodoro

I tried this recipe today and loved it. I used less than half the pasta as I like lots of sauce. Then at the last minute I added some pine nuts. I used both white wine and chicken broth, probably more than it called for. I planned on adding shrimp, then forgot so we had a veggie dish. With what we have left over I plan to add the shrimp. I think the balsamic vinegar makes the dish. Please don't leave it out.

Stuffed Burgers

I put the cheese slice between the two patties of meat. I also used half as much mushroom and green chilis as otherwise I couldn't keep the meat together. We liked them very much and will make again. Since I used a Foreman grill I did not put cheese on top when the burger was done.

Baked Oatmeal II

I tried this recipe using regular oatmeal and felt it was way too chewy. I am going to try it again with quick oats. The flavor was good but the oats didn't work for us.
