Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
Based on flavor, I'd probably give this 4 stars, but because of how incredibly easy it is, I think it deserves 5 stars. I loved the dumplings (& so did my 1 year-old!). I used 1-16oz can of Pillsbury jumbo biscuits - this seemed to be the perfect amount. The biscuits need to cook for a little over an hour. I used chicken broth instead of water. Next time I'll leave out the onions & just add some onion salt, didn't care much for the texture of the onions in the broth. Thanks Janiece for the yummy, easy recipe!!

Chili Dog Casserole II
Great idea...don't think I would have ever thought this up! Adults & kids of all ages loved it including a one-year-old. I did add ketchup, mustard, & shredded cheddar to each tortilla before rolling up the hot dog as others suggested. Next time I'm going to add a can of diced tomatoes & chopped onions. Very easy & good! Thanks Maxine for this kid-friendly, unique recipe.

Precious Pineapple Cake
So yummy!! My husband & I loved this cake. I made it in a 9x13 & baked it for 20 minutes...came out perfectly. I added a little brown sugar to the pecans that I sprinkled on top. I used Betty Crocker cream cheese frosting, if you love frosting, you might even want to use 2 containers. Very moist & delicious! Thank you, Linda for the wonderful recipe :)
