Souper Skillet Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2004
Excellent. I did make a few minor changes though. I used shell noodles instead of macaroni and cooked it seperately and then added it to the hamburger/tomato mixture, so I left out the 2 cups of water. I used a package of beefy onion soup mix since that is what I had on hand. I also cut back on the oregano, since my canned tomatoes were already seasoned with basil, garlic and oregano. Hubby loved it.

Aussie Chicken

The three of us all thought this was good but would not make again. My husband and son said the bacon & cheese were the best part. We were not "Wowed" by the honey mustard in this recipe.

Ziti with Italian Sausage

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2003
I loved this myself so rated this 5 stars and hubby thought it was pretty good. I made more sauce and left out the mushrooms. I also added a little sugar for my husband but he still thought it was a little too "acidic" as he likes to say.

I didn't believe it until I tried it, but this does taste a lot like lobster. I will definitely be making this wonderful recipe again.

A Great Pepper Salad

I cut the recipe in half and it still makes quite a bit. This is heavy, but very tasty. My husband and brother-in-law really enjoyed it.

The Best Chicken Soup Ever

I received compliments from my husband & son on this one. I added lots of salt for our tastes. Next time I will use chicken bouillion in place of the beef bouillion.

Mixed Vegetable Casserole

Followed the recipe exactly except I used a 2 qt casserole dish and fewer crackers and it came out perfect. I loved this, but hubby wasn't impressed.

I made this for my husband's thanksgiving luncheon at work and so I only had a small taste. I thought it was wonderful. Hubby agreed. I left out the mushrooms and used a little over 3 cups of the chicken broth.

Angela's Oriental Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2003
I used about 4 and a half cups of chicken broth instead of the 3 cups of water and didn't have bok choy on hand so I chopped up some leafy lettuce. What a great surprise this turned out to be. My son was disappointed when he went for his 3rd bowl and found the pot empty. The 3 of us ate it up!

Baked Tilapia

I didn't measure the ingredients but I don't think I used more than a quarter cup of the olive oil total. I also used spaghetti sauce in place of the tomato paste. We loved it!
