Baked Parmesan-Crusted Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2010
we really enjoyed this easy and quiick recipe except for the overpowering taste of oregano. I think next time I will cut it down a whole lot and add more garlic and rosemary. I also used panko breading.

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2010
Im not a big fan of coconut but made it for my boyfriend and he loved it ! His only suggestion was to add more coconut flavoring but thats only because he is such a coconut lover. I made my own heavy whip cream for topping. Thanks!

Fluffy Biscuits

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2011
First of all I have to say that I don't think Ill be buying tubed biscuits from the store anytime soon after making this recipe! Easy and the dough was so easy to work with! I did do half shortening and half butter and rolled out thinner, started at 350 degrees then turned up to 400 degrees to brown and they turned out perfect and delicious! After reading the ingredients on the back of tubed biscuits, not knowing what most of them are and why its needed Ill stick to homemade!

First time making french bread and it turned out fantastic!!!!!! Followed recipe exactly. Will be making it often. I have just made it again for the second time but this time made individual loaves for bread bowls to see if it would work, happy to say they turned out even better than the big loaves! Will be making "Super Soup Bowls" for Super Bowl Sunday!!!!

Buttery Cinnamon Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2011
YUMMY! I took advice from a lot of reviews on using butter instead of Crisco and extra cinnamon. I also used milk instead of water for the syrup. I like the syrup so much too that Im thinking of what other recipe I can use it on! As I type my fiance' is on his third slice!! Thanks for the great recipe!

Nick's Favorite Cherry Pecan Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2011
I made this bread especially for my fiance and he loved it, said it was better than he remembered as a child. He had me use almonds instead of pecans. My loaf pan was too small so with the leftover batter I was able to make 6 donuts. I have a donut pan that bakes the donuts instead of frying them. I made up a frosting of powdered sugar, butter, milk, almond extract and a little leftover cherry juice and they too were awesome! Thank you so much, its a keeper!
