Grandma Carlson's Turkey Pot Pie

Made minor modifications like others, such as: used pre-made pie crust, used peas instead of green beans, used cream of chicken soup b/c thats what I had…. and used a little half and half again, just b/c it was on hand. But, my husband said it was far better than other pot pies I've made. So I definitely would recommend this, and will use it again for sure!

Breaded Pork Tenderloin

I'm notorious for drying out pork..but this one was perfect. Really tasty, really tender and juicy. I added parm cheese and just eyeballed the dry ingredients, as other people mentioned they did. I also cut the peices alittle thicker (like 1 in. each) so that they would be 1/2 after pounding. Lastly, I took someone's advice and baked for 350 for 20 min instead of the longer timeframe. (but I still covered it, and I did let it sit, covered, for a few minutes before serving. I really recommend this recipe!! Delish!

Bread Machine Pizza Dough

This was the best pizza crust recipe I've tried. I doubled the recipe, to get three small pizzas, but I used 1c beer and 1c warm water. Very good tasting crust. Love it.

Bread Maker Doughnuts

Best donuts I've ever had, let alone made! I altered the recipe a tad- I wanted apple donuts, so I grated 1 med apple and added it to the wet ingredients. I also didn't worry about finding something to make the holes, I just stuck my finger through and spread the dough to make a hold, and it worked out fine with much less hassle!
