About this Cook
Well I must admit I have developed my passion for cooking over the past 3-5 years, or ever since I had to go to college and cook for myself, before that my family had a cook or my mom cooked. But since I had to live alone I discovered not only that I enjoy it, but people also like my cooking. I love to have guests. And besides cooking, I must say I enjoy life from the simplest details but I'm also an elegance delighter. I've lived in many places and still moving, sort of a gipsy, haha! Nothing like a glass of wine, a nice meal, or a cup of coffee (love it!), but the best thing you could ever have is someone nice to share it with while you have a nice chat, family, friends, lover, whoever can warmth your heart and enjoy a good moment while you eat.
My favorite things to cook
Seafood, meats, specially white meats. Deserts, cookies, EVERYTHING!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Honduran food, definitely! I promise to post recipes and pictures. I've never met anyone who disgusts honduran dishes so far! Lots of coconut milk needed for the coast flavor, haha! But there are options! Many more!
My cooking triumphs
What I call my Margherito fish, it's fish with herbs lightly baked...I'll post my recipe soon :) My honey bbq ribs! (I prepare the sauce) chicken bbq, chicken soup, Baked turkey, chicken and pork. 3 milks desert, homemade cookies A special rice :) No intention to brag here but so far people always double my dishes!
My cooking tragedies
My Rissotto! I didn't loved it so much...! Once I burned some cookies and the first time I made pizza. But back then I was too young and haven't delevoped any cooking techniques! Haha! It was like pizza cookies though! hahaha!

Creamy Cheesecake
I'd like to put half a star more though... It's just that with the orginal recipe and the 9 inch pan it was too thin..! The texture was perfect so I don't think I missed or passed on cooking or heat... I just added 4 oz more of cream cheese and 1/2 egg more. I also beat the eggwhites first, then the egg yolks and a little sugar, then alternately add the softened cheese and remaining sugar. Everyone loves it! Thanks for posting such a delicious creamy, rich recipe!

Graham Crackers
This is just great for pie crusts!!! I used canola oil instead of shortening and they came out perfectly!
