Chef John's Blueberry Muffins
Perfect! After reading reviews I contemplated adding vanilla but did not. Only change was I used 1-1/2 tsp of lemon zest because that was all I had. They are not very sweet and more like cake. That is what I like about them. I wanted something I could warm and slather with butter. Next time I may sprinkle with sugar just to get a different look but other than that, these were delicious!! I'm glad I put this recipe in my recipe box. Definitely make these again!! Thanks for the recipe Chef John!

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy
I made this exactly like the recipe and it was outstanding! My husband said "my only input is don't change a thing. It was perfect." So there ya go! It was for two people but if I was making for any more I would double the gravy but for two it was just the right amount. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe!!

Linguine with Chicken and Sauteed Vegetables
This was great! My boyfriend doesn't like pasta and I (the cook) LOVE pasta. He said this was the best pasta ever. He isn't into gravy or sauces so this was perfect with the garlic oil coating the pasta. I used fettucini because I had it on hand but you can really use any pasta and any vegetables. Very versatile recipe but the garlic oil and soy sauce make this recipe very delicious. I can't wait to make it for my friends and family. The leftovers were very tasty even cold. THANKS FOR THIS RECIPE JOSIE!!!!
