Marzetti® Hawaiian Slaw

Tastes so good. I doubled the recipe and added sliced almonds for nuts. It all disappeared at the family gathering I made it for. Everyone came up and said it was the best coleslaw they had ever had.

Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

Have made this recipe many times now. It always turns out great. My husband tells me every time that its worthy of being served in a fine restaurant. A little trick that I learned, is if you take the leftover marinade after the roast is cooked, strain out the seasoning, add 1/4 cup brown sugar and boil for a few minutes, you get a wonderful glaze to pour over the cut pieces. Truly a simple and wonderful recipe!

Hawaiian Banana Bars

Very sweet, probably could cut back on the sugar a bit, and also needed more time to bake. It was still raw in the middle when I baked it for 35 minutes.
