I'm a stay at home mother who enjoys making comfort food for my family. sitting together at the family dinner table is very important to me. Lo Mien, Pork fried rice, Roast chicken, Pork-chops and stuffing, Egg bakes for brunch, Home made pizza and Chicken pot pies! every Christmas eve we make a variety of appetizers for our family to eat when we get home from the Christmas evening church service. everyone picks one or two they like and we all work together to create the various dips, wings, etc. My favorite is baked Brie in puffed pastry with caramelized garlic, walnuts and honey.....mmmmmmm! accidentally hitting the clean oven button on my new oven, locking two pans of baked enchiladas in there. My son brilliantly thought of turning off the power for the oven at the breaker box.....which allowed the oven to reset and unlock. we had some very blackened crispy enchiladas.
