Chicken Casserole

Very good recipe with a few minor changes. #1- I used one of the rotiserie chicens you can get at basically any major grocery store. A whole one of those is a little more than two cups of chicken. Leaving the skin in adds a good bit of flavor. #2- I doubled the topping and used bread crumbs instead of corn flakes and Grueyre instead of cheddar. #3- I got rid of the olives. With those changes I'll definitely do it again.

Corn Pudding IV

Flavor was okay...it never set...even after two hours in the oven...looking for something better.

Baked Penne with Italian Sausage

Great recipe with a few changes. First- I used diced plum tomatos instead of the canned ones. Second- I used spaghetti sauce instead of the 15 oz tomato sauce Third- I used red instead of white wine Fourth- I added fresh thyme and basil to the "sauce" Overall a great base to work from :-)
