Peanut Butter Fudge IV

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2014
I have been craving peanut butter fudge, and this fudge filled the bill! However, I did tweak it a little.. I cooked the sugar and cream (2/3 cup instead of milk) about 3 1/2 minutes (or until, when a small amount of the mixture is dropped into a cup of water, it forms a soft ball). I also added a tablespoon of margarine after adding the peanut butter and marshmallows (I used a cup full of whole marshmallows)and then a teaspoon of vanilla.. Tastes great.. I just finished making the fudge, and it has already set up..:) )

Deviled Eggs

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2011
I made these deviled eggs for Thanksgiving. I added a little more vinegar, a little more mayo, and chopped up a sweet pickle into the mix. ( I think the amount of ingredients may vary, according to the size eggs you use).

Sean's Mommy's Roasted Root Vegetables

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2010
I fixed this recipe using only the turnips. Then I added onion and a clove of garlic and cooked in the oven at 450 for 30 minutes.. It was delicious..

Stuffed Green Peppers I

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2010
These stuffed green peppers were a hit with my husband.. I did tweak the recipe a little. I cooked the onions separately with a clove of garlic. I also cooked the rice. While I was cooking the hamburger, I mixed the other ingredients together. I added ketchup and Texas Pete to the tomato soup.. The result was delicious..

Yellow Squash Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2010
Oh, my gosh..This casserole is really good. Even my husband liked it, and he is a "meat and potatoes" kind of guy. I did add the 15 extra crackers, the extra cheese, and a little bacon grease.. If you make this casserole, you can expect to get a lot of compliments.:)
