Mike's Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2012
Love this recipe. I use medium breakfast bulk sausage and use 1/2 cheddar and 1/2 mozzarella cheese. I have made this with 1/2 sausage and 1/2 bacon too! Very good base recipe that you can tweak to your taste. I am going to try grilled chicken instead of sausage next time to shake it up. Also, I love a little fresh salsa with each bite. ENJOY!!!

YUM YUM!!! Use premium broccoli flowerettes. Process one of the packages of broccoli with some of the chicken broth. Add a little cayenne pepper too.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

I rub a 'pork butt roast' with garlic powder and course pepper, wrap tight with cellophane and refrigerate for 2 hours or more before slow cooking. I also use Dr. Pepper (not diet). My favorite sauce is 'Sweet Baby Ray's' original. Don't overcook! YUM-YUM
