No Bake Pumpkin Pie I

This was easy and it turned out delicious! I made a graham cracker crust and refrigerated over night. This morning I made the filling and this afternoon we had some with lunch. Thanks for the recipe.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Thank you!! I have been trying to make good chocolate chip cookies for a long time and now I can make GREAT ones!! I didn't use the nuts so I added an extra two tablespoons of flour. I used whole wheat pastry flour. In my oven they took 11 minutes. I let cool on the pan for one minute before moving to a wire rack. The only thing I will do different next time is stir in the baking soda, salt and flour by hand (not mixer) because that's the way it's done in the video for this recipe.

Best Brownies

I make these a lot! They always turn out great. I never make the frosting. I use a non-stick pan so I don't have to grease and flour.

My Mom's Parmesan Chicken

I LOVE this chicken. More importantly, so does my family. Have made it twice and perfect both times. I used chicken breasts and did not use the wine because of little ones.

Savory Pumpkin Casserole

I made this recipe as written and no one cared for it. It was bland. I took the left overs and mixed in garlic salt then topped with Italian bread crumbs and Parm. It turned out GREAT!

Pumpkin Bavarian Cream Tart

I doubled the recipe. It filled two deep dish pie shells and I had enough left over to fill a 1.5 qt casserole dish. It was very good.

Creamy Cinnamon Rice Pudding

I cut the recipe in half but followed to the letter. Used whole milk and heavy cream but it did not get thick. I made for my father-in-law and he loved the flavor and thankfully my mother-in-law figured out to put it in the oven to thicken it. I must have done something wrong but I can't figure out what.
