Rachael's Superheated Cajun Boiled Peanuts

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2014
AWESOME!!! Thanks SO much Rachael! I am a New Orleans girl relocated to Florida, I fell in love with boiled peanuts. This recipe is great! I did omit the salt because Tony Chachere's (cajun seasoning) has plenty. I also added a teaspoon of Cayenne pepper. After 12 hours I started checking for the peanuts for softness. I think everyone likes them differently. I like them soft but not too soft. Mine were done perfectly around 14 hours on low.

Banana Banana Bread

It was really good I followed others recomendations by adding 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon. I added 1/2 c pecans i had left over from a great Carrot Cake recipe. Also sprinkled brown sugar on top before baking made a nice crunchy top. Will use again.

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2010
I just made this recipe tonight. This is a great Chicken Parm recipe. Very easy and didn't change a thing family loved. Oh wait I did add extra cheese last 5 mins of baking. Served with pasta and spaghetti sauce. Yummy. Will make again.

Red Velvet Cake I

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2010
I made this cake last night for the family. They loved it, I did the changes other reviewers recommended. 4 Tbsp Cocoa, vegetable oil instead of shortening, less food coloring (add to buttercream) etc. I did a cream cheese buttercream icing then covered in marshmallow fondant. WOW! This tasted great and was fun to decorate with the fondant flowers and leaves. This will go into my recipe book for sure.
